Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

U.S. Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently ship exclusively within the United States to states where seed sales are legal. All orders are sent using discreet and secure shipping methods, typically via USPS or another reliable carrier. Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Discreet Packaging:
All orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging to ensure your privacy. There will be no external references to cannabis, seeds, or genetics on the package.

Tracking & Lost Packages:
Tracking numbers are provided with every order. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@mosiexotix.com. While we are not liable for carrier-related issues, we will work with you to investigate and support resolution.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

If you receive the wrong item or your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mosiexotix.com. Include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued unless an order is canceled before shipping.

  • All approved issues after shipment will be resolved via replacement or store credit only.
